  1. The "Ethernet Data" window allows the user to view the

  3. contents of an Ethernet packet.  Which packet to view

  5. is chosen by any of five manners:

  9.  * Double clicking on the desired packet header in the

  11.   "Ethernet Headers" window.

  15.  * Highlighting a packet header in the "Ethernet Headers"

  17.  window, then clicking the "Examine" button.

  21.  * Clicking the "Next" button.

  29.  * Using any of the options under the Search menu to

  35. Clicking either the Next or Previous buttons will NOT

  37. change the scroll position of the Ethernet data.  This

  39. allows for stepping through packets with similiar format

  41. without having to scroll to the data of interest.  This

  43. may result in a blank display of data if displaying a
  44.  
  45. small packet after a large packet.  Use the scroll bar
  46.  
  47. to display data in this case.
